There are six conditions that cause oil leakage from oil pipes, respectively:

 

 

 

1. The tube burst. The cause of pipe burst is that the hose manufacturer did not test the assembly before leaving the factory; at least, there was no root pressure test. It may be a sampling test. This is not prohibited by industry standards. But as a user's requirement, any leakage is intolerable. So the manufacturer must test the products one by one according to the standard before they leave the factory. On the other hand, the liquid pressure caused by the user's opinion or mechanical failure is too high, which exceeds the pressure that the pipe body design can bear. It will burst. For example, the dump truck is seriously overloaded.

 

 

 

2. The joint of high-pressure rubber hose is leaking. The pipe joint is widely used in hydraulic system and accounts for a high proportion in oil leakage accidents, up to more than 30% - 40%. Most of the reasons for the leakage of pipe joints are that the processors did not process according to the drawings and standards. For example, if the processing size and precision of the threaded hole are out of tolerance, once the oil leakage occurs, it is difficult to cure it, so the liquid sealant or polytetrafluoroethylene raw material belt can only be used for filling and sealing. Other reasons for the problems of pipe joint components, such as bumps and scratches on the sealing parts during galvanizing or transportation, can cause leakage.

 

 

 

On the other hand, due to cost, market competition makes the joint manufacturer unprofitable. 45 steel shall be used according to the requirements of the national standard pipe joint Romer and joint body. No. 20 steel is used for the retaining sheath. However, the price is too low for the buyer, and the manufacturer is not willing to abandon customers. Therefore, the steel used in the joint is not standard, which causes the hose to leak after a period of use.

 

 

 

3. Improper selection of high-pressure rubber pipe joint body. Different pipe bodies should be selected for the hydraulic system due to different working environment. Now the hydraulic hose is mainly divided into rubber pipe and hydraulic resin pipe. Resin pipe is a new product. It has been proved in all aspects that the advantages of the product can be fully demonstrated by resinifying the hose. But the bending radius of some resin pipes is larger. The springback is not good. In addition, the high-pressure hose is divided into oil resistance, temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, etc., which requires the designer to select the appropriate pipe.
