Always use a protective ring

 

When gear pump and plunger pump work, there is oil pulsation, which will cause high frequency vibration of hydraulic pipe, which can not be eliminated completely. So the hydraulic pipe has a special protective ring on the outside, the pipe at the root of the big arm (plastic sleeve) and the pipe at the head of the small arm (steel wire sleeve), which plays a very important role.

Some excavator's hydraulic pipes are later matched by themselves, and the length is not suitable, which is easy to interfere with the friction or bending of the big and small arms. The interference friction will wear the outer wall of the hydraulic pipe and cause the local thinning of the outer wall. The bending of the hydraulic pipe will increase the local pressure and temperature, which will lead to the explosion of the hydraulic pipe.

 

Don't touch diesel

 

 

Try not to let the hydraulic pipe contact diesel oil, although the hydraulic pipe is oil resistant. However, diesel and gasoline have certain corrosiveness. Generally, rubber will swell and become fluffy when soaked in gasoline and diesel for a long time.

 

Grease the joints

 

The lower part of the central oil separator and the cover of the traveling motor must be cleaned regularly and then coated with calcium base grease as a protective layer, and the pipe buckle shall also be coated to avoid corrosion at these places as far as possible. In particular, coastal areas are often exposed to sea wind and sea water, and the pipe buckle is prone to corrosion.

 

Installation in place

 

When installing the pipe on the excavator, make sure whether it is tightened or not. It is a small matter if it is not tightened, vibrated and loosened, and oil leakage occurs. If it is vibrated and worn, the interface plane will be in trouble.
