High pressure rubber hose is usually used for hydraulic support or construction machinery to transport hydraulic oil of a kind of tubular rubber products. It is usually composed of exterior and interior rubber layer and skeleton layer. The hydraulic hose is mainly used for mine hydraulic support and oil field development. It is suitable for engineering construction, lifting and transportation, metallurgy and forging, mining equipment, ships, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, various machine tools, as well as mechanized and automatic hydraulic systems of various industrial departments to transport petroleum base with certain pressure and temperature (such as mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil) And water-based liquid (such as emulsion, oil-water emulsion, water) and liquid transmission.

 

 

 

Because of the complex variety, diverse structure and different application conditions of the hose, the service life of the hose is not only determined by the quality, but also by the correct use and maintenance.

Attention should be paid to the correct use of rubber hose:

 

 

 

High pressure rubber hose and high pressure rubber hose assembly can only be used to transport the planned materials, and should not be used under the pressure (including impact pressure) exceeding the planned working pressure. Under normal condition, the temperature of the medium transported shall not exceed - 40 ℃ ~ + 120 ℃, otherwise the service life will be reduced. It should not be used under the minimum zigzag radius of the hose, and avoid zigzag or zigzag near the pipe joint, otherwise it will prevent the hydraulic transmission and delivery of materials or damage the hose assembly.

 

 

 

 

 

The hose should be kept clean, and the interior should be rinsed clean (especially acid conveying pipe, spray tube, mortar pipe) to avoid entry of external objects into the lumen, prevent the transportation of fluid and damage the equipment. Handle with care, do not drag on sharp and rough surfaces, do not bend or flatten.

 

 

 

 

 

The change of the length of the hose under high pressure (- 4% - + 2%) and the change of the length caused by mechanical movement should be used correctly. The hose and hose assembly beyond the service life or storage life shall be tested and determined for sustainable use.

 

 

 

 

 

In the process of loading and unloading, the hose should be loaded and unloaded lightly. The classification roll (strip) shall be shipped in a regular manner to avoid excessive zigzag discount of the pipe body, and other heavy objects shall not be piled on the hose.

 

 

 

 

 

The hose shall not be mixed with acids, alkalis, oils, organic solvents, inflammables and explosives; it shall not be directly touched with goods with sharp edges to avoid touching with heat source.

 

 

 

 

 

As for the hose to be transported straightly, when the length exceeds the loading carriage, the extra long part shall be supported by bracket to prevent the hose from being damaged by dragging on the ground. If the hose needs to be temporarily parked in the open air (or workshop wharf) for some reason, the site shall be flat, the hose shall be placed in a regular and flat way, and the bottom shall be padded and covered.
